Submission Guidelines
- Build ad as four color process (CMYK) as no PMS matches will be available.
- Convert text to curves whenever possible.
- Supply all fonts (both printer and screen) and supporting graphic files.
- All photos and line art should be TIFF or EPS format.
- Images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the approximate size to be displayed.
Accepted File Formats
Files created in Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign. EPS and TIFF files are also acceptable. High resolution PDFs (300 dpi) sized to correct dimensions with fonts embedded will also be accepted.
Submitting Electronic Files
Files of 10 MB or less can be e-mailed.
Files larger than 10 MB must be submitted on CD or DVD. Include a hard copy proof of your ad for comparison purposes.
Payment
We accept Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Debit Cards. Payment is due upon receipt of ad order.
Deadline
Ad space for new ads must be reserved by the 1st of each month. Repeat ads with changes are due by the 5th of each month. Repeat ads with changes are due by the 5th of each month.
